Resident Brown Trout

Barbara is a regular guest.  Although not a pro, she always manages some beautiful big trout. George over 3 days fly fishing.  One here, two below.

No, not Robbie Williams.  Paul has been fly fishing with us in Chile for years.  Any wonder why?

Bob retired to Chile for its fly fishing.  He's a frequent guest at TresRios.Richard usually does his fly fishing in Colorado but now wants to visit us each season.

This one took a woolhead sculpin fly fishing a floating line.

 John, his brother, and friends had many brown trout and a couple Chinook salmon over 3 days fishing on the Rio Petrohue.

Sigi didn't want to go home to Zurich.  Fly fishing the lakes and rivers of Patagonia, Cuban cigars from duty free, pisco sours and bar-b-ques with great wine on the terrace at TresRios...does life get better? Tom has been down so many times that he is like an uncle to our kids.  He responded to our extra efforts by making the efforts himself to get back this way at least once a fishing season.

Patricia, a guide's wife, has the convert's passion for fly fishing. Novice anglers get plenty of rewards for their efforts.  Shawn actually outfished his Dad by the end of that day.

Jerry tricked an especially pretty brown that took a dry fly in a feeder stream to the Rio Petrohue.
